At the end of every season we plan to send you a survey to get your views on the past season as well as more general feedback on Luella. You are the brand ambassadors who work with the product and the customers every day, so there can be no one better than you to give us the inside scoop!

Please complete this simple electronic survey and send it back to us by Friday 1 February. Submit one survey per store, but ensure that you
get the view points of all your staff members. We will compile all
the responses and send you feedback on the other store’s views
and what actions we will be taking
as a result of your input.
