We will be holding thumbs for 121 of
our toughest male and female athletes who
will be competing for a place in the Land
Rover G4 Challenge team finals over the
months of September and October. Thereafter,
they will be off to the UK for the international
selection for the finals in Mongolia in
mid-2009.
Talking about adventure, did you know
that the Blues and Royals regiment of the
British Army's Household Cavalry recently
spent nine weeks as part of its “adventure
training” programme in Africa, or that a
farmer from West Yorkshire broke a new record
by travelling 16 606km in 50 days to the
Easternmost tip of Russia? We tell you all
about it.
